Zomax RTG cranes are designed for space-efficient operations in container ports, terminals, and logistics, offering top container handling performance. They are equipped with the latest core lifting components (reducers, motors, controllers). The cranes are versatile and maneuverable, supported on pneumatic rubber tires making them less sensitive to ground unevenness.
A key feature of Zomax RTG cranes is that they can travel straight, sideways, 0-90 degree turns and rotate in place. They are available with diesel, hybrid, all-electric or battery power, and optional multi-function variable frequency anti-sway micro-motion system and electronic anti-sway system to enhance container stability and reduce sway during operations.

Flexible control and high precision
Main Structure: Comprises the main beam (box-type, load-bearing), support legs connected by rods for lateral rigidity, and ground beams (box-type) linked to the large vehicle via a pin shaft.
Hoisting Mechanism: Includes steel wire ropes, drums, brakes, and motors for lifting.
Trolley Mechanism: Consists of the operator's cabin, trolley frame, and hoisting equipment, with smooth operation via a rack-and-pinion or dual/single-axis drive. The operator controls the crane with four limit positions.
Main Car Mechanism: Supported by 4, 8, or 16 tubeless tires, with the travel mechanism either four-wheel or two-wheel drive. Includes a manual correction system and anti-collision devices, plus a 0° to 90° steering mechanism for easy on-site operation.
Power Transmission System: Includes diesel engine-electric mode (driving a DC motor) and diesel engine-hydraulic mode (driving a hydraulic motor). The electric mode is preferred due to simpler maintenance.
Safety Features: Features overload protection, overspeed protection, high water temperature and low oil pressure indicators, wind speed indicators, anti-typhoon anchoring, emergency stop buttons, and limit switches.
