Main Beam: A frame beam composed of two box-shaped end beams, supported by both rigid and flexible legs.
Suppport Legs: Both rigid and flexible legs adopt a box-shaped structure.
Travel Mechanism: Comprises the main travel mechanism for overall crane movement and the trolley travel mechanism for lateral movement.
Hoisting Mechanism: Responsible for lifting and lowering, with either a wire rope or rigid hoisting system. Anti-sway is achieved through damping in the wire rope system and rigid components in the rigid system.
Electrical System: Consists of the electrical room and the operating trolley, which are separated to reduce the load on the trolley.
Operating System: Includes the operator’s cab, which is used to control various crane operations.
Other Components: Includes precision-positioning rotating trolleys, automatic telescopic hoisting devices, and spatial eight-rope anti-sway mechanisms, all of which contribute to enhancing the operational accuracy and stability of the crane.
