Main Structure: Comprises the main beam (box-type, load-bearing), support legs connected by rods for lateral rigidity, and ground beams (box-type) linked to the large vehicle via a pin shaft.
Hoisting Mechanism: Includes steel wire ropes, drums, brakes, and motors for lifting.
Trolley Mechanism: Consists of the operator's cabin, trolley frame, and hoisting equipment, with smooth operation via a rack-and-pinion or dual/single-axis drive. The operator controls the crane with four limit positions.
Main Car Mechanism: Supported by 4, 8, or 16 tubeless tires, with the travel mechanism either four-wheel or two-wheel drive. Includes a manual correction system and anti-collision devices, plus a 0° to 90° steering mechanism for easy on-site operation.
