The QCX series overload limiter is installed on the hoisting drum of the crane. When the crane lifts an object, the deformation of the sensor converts the load weight into an electrical signal, which is amplified through processing to calculate the loading weight. When the load weight reaches 90% of the rated capacity, an alarm sounds; if the load exceeds the rated limit, the power to the lifting mechanism is automatically cut off. This device is essential for ensuring the safety of both the lifting equipment and the operators.
