Motor type		Description
1. Soft-start motor series		For crane long traveling and cross traveling application. The standard insulation class is F (155°C), with a protection rating of IP54. The rectifier block is housed in the brake, and the brake is powered by the motor. The brake includes a braking force adjustment and an air gap adjustment features to accommodate wear on the brake friction plate over time.
2. Three-in-one gear motor series		For crane and hoist traveling. Features: The aluminum Class A parallel shaft helical gear motor offers smooth operation with low noise. The standard insulation class is F (155°C), and the protection rating is IP54. The rectifier block is housed in the brake, and the brake is powered by the motor. The brake includes a braking force adjustment and an air gap adjustment features to accommodate wear on the brake friction plate over time.
3. Two-speed traveling motor series		For cross traveling. The standard insulation grade is F (155 ℃) and the protection rating is IP54. The rectifier block is housed in the brake, and the brake is powered by the motor. The brake includes a braking force adjustment and an air gap adjustment features to accommodate wear on the brake friction plate over time.
4. F/K/R variable frequency motor series		For crane traveling. The standard insulation grade is F (155 ℃) and the protection rating is IP54. The variable frequency drive motor, equipped with a double-sided safety brake, features a separate rectifier block, with the power supplied externally. The brake includes both braking force and air gap adjustment mechanisms to compensate for wear on the brake friction plate. After each adjustment, the brake’s air gap can last for approximately 1 million braking cycles.

9. Explosion-proof motor		The equipment is protected by the dust-proof ignition housing“t”. The explosion-proof marking is Ex db IIC T4 Gb, Ex tb IIIC T130°C Db, suitable for the explosive gas environments in Zones 1,2 (groups lIA, IIB and IIC) in the factory, and for flammable dust environment in Zones 21, in accordance with Class A equipment standards.
