1. YWZ4 Series Electric Hydraulic Drum Brake

| There're two types of brake pad installations: riveted and inserted (please mention when ordering). The main pivot points have self-lubricating bearings, ensuring smooth operation and a long lifespan without needing additional lubrication.
|
2. YWZ9 Series Electric Hydraulic Drum Brake

| The interlocking shoe clearance balancing and auto-aligning devices ensure equal brake shoe clearance on both sides, eliminating the need for adjustments and preventing one-sided brake lining adhesion. Self-lubricating bearings at the main hinge points enhance transmission efficiency, extend service life, and require no lubrication during operation. The brake spring is housed in a side square tube, with a surveyor's rod for easy torque reading, simplifying customer usage and eliminating the need for calculations. The card-type one-piece brake lining allows for quick replacement and is available in various materials, including half-metal (non-asbestos), hard, semi-hard, and soft (with asbestos) options. Advanced thrusters provide precise performance and long service life.

3. YPZ Series Disc Brake

| Main pivot points feature self-lubricating bearings, ensuring high transmission efficiency, extended service life, and maintenance-free operation. Brake springs are enclosed in a square tube, with a torque scale for easy and precise adjustment of braking torque. Asbestos-free brake pads are designed with a quick-replacement cartridge system. An automatic wear compensation device maintains consistent brake pad clearance and braking torque during use. Optional features include: A manual release device. Limit switches for release and closure, providing status signals for proper brake operation. Brake pad wear limit switches, signaling when pad wear reaches its limit. An Ed series actuator with a delay valve for smooth, delayed brake closure.

4. AP Series Electromagnetic Safety Brake

| Its unique braking principle eliminates the need for an external power source, making it more economical than comparable brake. The mechanical structure ensures braking force is directly proportional to load force, enhancing safety and reliability. A compact and lightweight design offers advantages over similar brakes of the same specification. Provides fail-safe operation by ensuring safety braking during transmission system failures or malfunctions. The electromagnetic mechanism employs low-voltage DC control, high-voltage excitation, and low-voltage maintenance, improving safety, extending lifespan, and reducing energy consumption.

5. YFX Electro-Hydraulic Windproof Iron Wedge Brake

| Includes a release limit switch for interlock protection. Main pivot points feature self-lubricating bearings, ensuring high transmission efficiency, responsive and reliable operation, and extended service life. Equipped with a manual release mechanism for convenient maintenance. Compatible with the Ed reset spring pusher, delivering excellent performance, robust sealing, and a high casing protection level. The spring reset function ensures reliable wedge block resetting after a power outage, preventing unresponsiveness. The wedge block is specially processed for a high friction coefficient and enhanced anti-corrosion properties.

6. YLBZ Series Hydraulic Wheel Brake

| Features a normally closed design, where the hydraulic station applies force to the disc spring for release, ensuring safety and reliability. Includes a limit switch for interlock protection. Asbestos-free friction pads provide stable performance, with a unique installation structure for easy replacement. Corrosion-resistant construction, with all fasteners and pins made of stainless steel.
